QMBA Housing & Construction Awards 2011

Contrast Constructions has had success again, after taking out the Sunshine Coast Regional Housing & Construction Awards for Low-Rise Multi-Residential Housing (Townhouses) for their completed project at Kula.

Contrast Constructions QMBA State Award Winners

On Friday 3 October, Contrast Constructions was awarded the Queensland Master Builders Association (QMBA) State Award for Low Rise Multi-Residential Housing & Duplexes & Townhouses) over $4 million.

Business plea to save the ABCC

Business groups have told the government not to dismantle the Australian Building and Construction Commission.

The warning came as Workplace Relations Minister Chris Evans announced a new ABCC head to replace inaugural commissioner John Lloyd.
