In any undertaking as important as building a home, many things need to be taken on trust. While the lawyers like to think that everything can or should be dealt with via contractual means, in reality this is rarely possible.

To avoid lengthy and costly delays during construction, many decisions need to be taken and acted upon speedily, often by telephone.

Contrast Constructions were able to start the repair work immediately after sign off from my insurance company. Bradley was always available to answer our questions, deal with issues as they arose and would call me regularly to adivse on the progress of the repair work.  I felt very confident in their professionalism and we were very happy with the quality of the repair work. As a bonus Contrast Constructions were able to complete the repair work ahead of schedule.
